- Facebook Groups
Easy Group Join is a directory service only. We do not operate, manage, own, or monitor any of the groups or channels listed in the app. We are not responsible for the content, administration, or activities of any listed group or channel.
2. Group Submission Rules
When submitting a group or channel to Easy Group Join, you agree to:
- Only submit groups or channels you have permission to share publicly
- Provide a valid and working invite link
- Provide an accurate and truthful group name and description
- Select the correct platform and category for the submission
- Not submit the same link more than once
- Not submit links on behalf of others without their consent
3. Prohibited Content
You may not submit groups or channels that contain, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
- Explicit, adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
- Hate speech, racism, discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or nationality
- Violence, threats, harassment, or bullying
- Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
- Sale of illegal goods, drugs, weapons, or stolen data
- Piracy, copyright infringement, or unauthorized distribution of protected content
- Political extremism, radicalization, or terrorist content
- Misinformation, health disinformation, or harmful pseudoscience
- Content targeting or harmful to minors
- Content that violates the platform's own Terms of Service (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, or Messenger)
Any submission found to contain or promote prohibited content will be rejected or permanently removed. Repeated violations may result in your device being flagged and blocked from future submissions.
4. Duplicate Submission Policy
Each unique invite link may only be submitted once. If you attempt to submit a link that already exists in our directory — whether previously approved, pending, or rejected — your submission will be automatically declined with a duplicate notice.
If you believe an existing listing is outdated or contains incorrect information, please contact support and we will review the listing.
5. Content Review and Approval
All submissions are reviewed by our team before being made publicly visible. Our team reserves the right to:
- Approve submissions that meet our community guidelines
- Reject submissions that violate our guidelines, with or without explanation
- Edit submission details (title, description, category, platform) for accuracy and appropriateness
- Re-categorize submissions into the most appropriate category
- Place submissions in a pending state for further review
Submission approval is at the sole discretion of our team. Approval is not guaranteed for any submission.
6. Content Moderation and Removal
Our team reserves the right to remove any group listing at any time for any of the following reasons:
- The group violates these Terms of Service or community guidelines
- The invite link has expired or become inactive
- The group has been reported multiple times by users
- The group is found to have changed its content since approval
- The listing is otherwise deemed harmful, inappropriate, or misleading
No advance notice is required before removing a listing. Removal decisions are final and at the sole discretion of our team.
7. Reporting System
Easy Group Join provides a built-in reporting feature that allows users to flag group listings that they believe violate our guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our team who will take appropriate action.
By using the reporting system, you agree to:
- Only report listings that genuinely violate our community guidelines
- Not submit false, malicious, or retaliatory reports
- Not use the reporting system to harass group owners or submitters
Abuse of the reporting system — including submitting false or coordinated malicious reports — may result in your device being flagged.
8. Advertising
Easy Group Join is a free app supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree that:
- Ads provided by Google AdMob may be displayed on various screens within the app
- Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad serving purposes, as described in Google's Privacy Policy
- Ad placements are managed by Google AdMob and subject to Google's advertising policies
- You may see banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded ads depending on the action you perform

9. User Responsibilities

- You will not use the app to flood the directory with spam submissions
- You will not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the app
- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend
- You will use the app only for its intended purpose — discovering and sharing community groups
10. Disclaimer
Easy Group Join is a directory service only. We do not create, operate, or monitor any of the groups or channels listed in the app. We are not liable for:
- Any content, messages, or activities within any listed group or channel
- Any harm, loss, or damage arising from joining or participating in a listed group
- Expired, inactive, or misleading invite links
- Actions taken by group administrators or members
- Any third-party platform's policies or changes to platform features
Joining any group or channel is entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage users to exercise caution and good judgment when joining any online community.
11. Intellectual Property
The Easy Group Join name, logo, app design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SJ64 Studios. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app or its branding without prior written permission.
